I’m 5+ years experienced of preparing and filing employees income tax returns. l ensure that tax-related matters are handled accurately and in compliance with local tax laws. This role involves reviewing financial documents, advising on tax planning strategies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
Tax Preparation:
  • Assist employees in gathering and organizing their financial documents and tax-related information.
  • Prepare accurate income tax returns based on provided information and applicable tax laws.
  • Ensure all necessary forms and schedules are completed and filed in a timely manner.

Tax Compliance:
  • Stay current with local tax regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Advise employees on tax implications of various financial decisions and transactions.
  • Review tax returns and financial documents for accuracy and completeness.

Employee Consultation:
  • Provide one-on-one support to employees regarding tax questions, deductions, credits, and liabilities.
  • Offer guidance on tax-saving strategies and potential tax liabilities.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
  • Maintain organized records of all tax-related documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure all tax filings are stored securely and comply with record-keeping requirements.

Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit required tax reports and documents to relevant authorities.
  • Generate reports for internal use regarding tax preparation status and outcomes.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on tax laws and best practices.
  • Suggest improvements to internal tax preparation processes and policies.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Engineering from University of Rajshahi. I have lot of certifications of this field.

Experience: 5+ years of this field and also 7+ years experienced of IT and banking industry.

Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with standard working hours, though extended hours may be required during peak tax seasons.
  • May involve handling sensitive financial information, requiring a high level of confidentiality and integrity. This role is crucial for ensuring that employees navigate their tax responsibilities effectively while maximizing their financial well-being and compliance with tax regulations.
